Program Overview and Intent

The Colerain Bowl Kids Summer Pass program is intended for students within our marketing area. Cards were distributed to children in the NWLS District as well as the parochial schools in Colerain Township. It is not intended for use by group organizers, be they commercial or non-profit. Because it is an extraordinary offer, and because the community response each summer is strong, there are times when we must reserve the right to control it’s implementation by restricting how the card is used, the hours of its use as well as the number of lanes we allot to the promotion each day and evening. Before visiting, it is recommended that parents call the center (513-385-8500) to verify lane availability.

The Colerain Bowl Family Pass is intended for use only for parents or grandparents of children using the Colerain Bowl Kids Summer Pass. It is intended that both passes be used for individual family entertainment. The family pass must be used in conjunction with the Colerain Bowl Kids Summer Pass. They are not intended to be used for orchestrated events, organized group outings, themed parties et.al.

The Very Fine Print

Colerain Bowl Inc. reserves the right to modify this statement either in part or in full without notification either written or verbal at any time.

The following is a legal and binding contract between Colerain Bowl Inc. and all representing parties here by and after referred to as (the distributor) and any person(s) either currently registered in any related promotion or program and or to be registered in the future here by and after referred to as the registrar.

Distribution

The Distributor accepts no responsibility for the distribution of any material(s) necessary for participation in any qualifying promotions/programs. The registrar may submit a request in writing via registered U. S. Mail to the distributor for any relating material(s) and or media that has been made available by the distributor at which time a response will be given within 14 business days after receipt of the request. The distributor here by reserves the right of refusal of any person or persons enrollment at any time for any reason without notification either written or verbal at the sole discretion of the distributor

Participation and Redemption

The distributor retains the right of refusal at any time for any reason  in the redemption and or  participation of any qualifying registrar(s).  All posted information either written or verbal is made available only as a tentative outline of program rules and restrictions. Information including but not limited to hours of availability, lane assignment, and general allowances shall be determined at the time of redemption and shall be executed at the sole discursion of the distributor. A full list of rules and restrictions made be made available only by written request from any registrar(s) currently enrolled in a active promotion or program hosted by the distributor at which time the distributor will respond within 14 business days following receipt of the request.
